The Beast is another awesome flipper from Andre De Villiers that has nearly effortless action. It's smooth, fast, sharp and stout--really everything one looks for in a tactical blade. The Beast has a 3.75" tanto blade made from excellent S35VN stainless steel, with a polished satin finish. The handle is made from milled titanium that is textured for extra grip support. The titanium lock has an integral lockbar insert/over-travel mechanism that provides solid lockup while being very easy to disengage. The pivot point, though, is what sets this knife apart from all others. It has an inset torx screw that fits inside the pivot, allowing you to tighten down the pivot while adjusting the centering or overall smoothness of the action. The action is very smooth to say the least. Jimping on the redesigned flipper tang and thumb ramp are sharp and functional--really nothing was overlooked on this awesome design. The milled titanium pocket clip on the Beast has also been redesigned to match the look of the handle and it secures the knife tightly in place.
